This cartoon was published in Public News on 24/07/1987 depicted former head of UMNO youth Najib, who is now PM and the advocator for "ONE MALAYSIA", followed the foot step of his predecessor Suhaimi and Anwar played the racial issue to strenghtened his position in the party and was treated as the hero of  Malay ethnic.Historically, most of the PM was formerly "racial hero" before achieve thier highest position in the party as the head of UMNO who will be authomatically become PM to represens all racial in Malaysia regardless whether they would have been supported from other racial.  The is the reality of politic system in Malaysia.

CARTOON REVIEW: INFINITY OF NEW EKONOMY POLICY

This cartoon was published in Public News on 27/07/1987 depicted New Economy Policy was started in 1970 with the objective to restructure the society and norrow the poverty gap between racial which was proposed just after the tregedy 513. Unfortunately, it was extended its period again and again, its initial 15 years period was extended to another 20 years, it seems like there is no ending period . Until and unless the report on the 513 incident was disclosed, poverty gap between racial may not be necessary  the cause of the incident. This could be due to the rivalry party that was defeated in the general election, out of jealousy and worry,  triggered the havoc.Up to date, because of the New Economy Policy, certain quarters who has political power became richer and richer to the extend the gap of poverty within the racial increased.

Kartun ini dipaparkan di Berita Awam pada 27/07/1987 menonjolkan Polisi Ekonomi Baru dimulakan pada 1970 dengan objektifnya untuk menyusun semula masyarakat dan mengurankan jurang perbezaan kemiskinan di antara kaum di mana ia dicadangkan sejurus selepas trajedi 513. Malangnya, ia dilanjutkan jangkamasanya lagi dan lagi,jangkamasa 15 tahun pada mulanya dilanjutkan ke 20 tahun untuk kali yang lain, seumpama tiada tempoh tamatnya. Sehingga dan kecuali lapuran peristiwa 513 dibongkar, jurang perbezaan kemiskinan antara kaum barangkali bukan punca peristiwa. Ini mungkin kerana pihak lawannya yang ditewas di dalam pilihanraya umum, atas sebab cemburu dan bimbang, mencetuskan kekacauan.  Sehingga hari ini, oleh kerana Polisi Ekonomi Baru inilah, segelintir yang mempunyai kuasa politik bertambah kaya dan lagi kaya sehingga jurang perbezaan kemiskinan di dalam kaum bertambah.

CARTOON REVIEW: THE NEAR DEFEAT OF DR M

This cartoon was published in Berita Awam on 06/05/87 depicted Dr M was nearly defeated in the straight fight with Ku Li, he won with sliding majority votes on UMNO election. Subsequently, when UMNO was declared as illegal party, Dr M and a group of UMNO members who favour him formed  UMNO BARU. Through its application screening through process, members who favour Ku Li was discarded from entering the party, eventually forced a group of UMNO members who favour Ku Li form a group called Semangat 46. Unfortunately, Semangat 46 was nearly capsized in the General Election thereafter, PAS became the real winner in the state of east coast. Due to lack of support from Malay community, out of disappointment, Semangat 46 was dismissed not long after. UMNO BARU, especially Dr M, became so strong to the extend he could amend Federal Constitution at wish to made it favourable to BN in view of the strong majority seats in the parliment. The election policies, either in the party or for national were changed.During his tenure, at that time, communication channel dan public mechanism tools can be monopolised so easily by the government, those news which are unfavourable to them were censored.  Appoinment of the judges fell on the hand of executive ( the PM in particular), some of the power of the royal was detrived in particularly in land matters caused the constitutional crisis; therefore,  the real separation of  power was at stake. There was at one time, internal fight was so intensive in UMNO BARU, Dr M announced " Operation Lalang" merely to srenghtened his position in the party and divert the attention to thier internal problem and against opposition party. UMNO youth leader at that time, Najib, the advocator "1 Malaysia" then when he is the PM of Malaysia, used extreme sensitive words against Chinese community to create havoc, however, no action was taken against him. Dato Lee who was MCA youth ran to Australia. Apart from opposition leaders, many innocent organisations leaders like Tong Jiao Zhong were arrested under ISA without giving chance to defence themself. Thereafter, Dr M was the longest service PM in Malaysia for decades whom are qualified to be named in Malaysia Book of  Record. His influence still can be felt even after his retirement from the way the media so emphasis on his opinions, the way he commented on the administrative style of Pak Lah while he still in his tenure, the appointment of Dr M's son as the minister eventhough he was defeated in the UMNO youth election and became laughing stuff of the opposition when the winner Khairy, once conflict with Dr M, has no ministerial post at all.......As Dr M once said : "People tend to forget....".

Lantaran itu, apabila UMNO diikrar sebagai haram, Dr M dengan sekumpulan ahli UMNO yang berkecenderung di sebelahnya menubuh UMNO BARU, melalui proses penapisan permohonan, ahli-ahli yang berkecenderungan di sebelah Ku Li disekat daripada menyertai parti ini, akhirnya memaksa sekumpulan ahli-ahli yang berkecenderungan di sebelah Ku Li menubuh oarti baru disebut sebagai Semangat 46. Malangnya, Semangat 46 nyaris terlingkup dalam Pilihanraya Umum yang berikutnya, PAS merupakan pemenang yang benar di Pantai Timur. Disebabkan tidak mendapat sokongan daripada masyarakat Melayu, atas putus asa, Semangat 46 telah bersurai tidak lama kemudian.UMNO BARU, terutama Dr M, menjadi begitu kuat sehingga beliau boleh mengubah Perlembagaan Persekutuan yang lebih bermunafaat kepada BN secara sukahati  memandangkan kerusi Parlimen yang majoriti. Polisi-polisi pilihan, baik di dalam parti atau negara, telah diubah.Semasa pemerintahan beliau, pada masa itu, saluran komunikasi dan alat-alat mekanisma awam boleh dimonopoli dengan begitu mudah oleh kerajaan. Akhbar-akhbar yang tidak membawa munafaat kepada mereka disunting. Perlantikan hakim jatuh di tangan eksekutif ( terutama Dr M), sesetengah kuasa raja ditarik terutama dalam hal tanah menyebabkan krisis perlembagaan, maka, pengasingan kuasa yang benar dalam keadaan berbahaya. Pada satu ketika, perbalahan dalaman begitu sengit dalam UMNO, Dr M mengumumkan "Operasi Lalang" sekadar untuk mengukuhkan kedudukannya dan mengalih pandangan masalah dalamannya untuk menentang pembangkang. UMNO MUDA pada masa itu, Najib, pencadang "1 Malaysia" semasa beliau menjadi PM, menggunakan perkataan yang terlampau sensitif terhadap komunikasi Cina supaya berlakunya kekecohan, walau macam mana pun, tiada tindakan diambil terhadapnya. Dato Lee selaku pemuda MCA pada masa itu lari ke Australia. Selain daripada pembangkang, ramai daripada pemimpin organisasi yang tidak berdosa seperti Tong Jiao Zhong ditangkap di bawah ISA tanpa diberi peluang untuk membela. Selepas ini, Dr M menjadi PM yang panjang berkhimat berdekad-dekad lamanya sehingga beliau berlayak dinamakan di dalam Buku Rekod Malaysia.Pengaruhnya masih terasa walaupun beliau telah bersara dari cara media masih memandang berat tentang pendapatnya, cara beliau memberi komen gaya pentadbiran Pak Lah semasa beliau masih dalam tempoh jawatannya, perlantikan anaknya sebagai menteri walaupun tewas dalam pilihan UMNO youth dan menjadi bahan kelakar pembangkang bila Khairy, pernah bercanggah dengan Dr M, sebagai pemenang, tidak dilantik apa-apa jawatan tahap menteri.langsung... Seperti apa yang diperkatakan oleh Dr M :"Rakyat senang lupa....".

CARTOON REVIEW: THE END OF THE POLITICAL LIFE OF TAN KOON SUAN

Tan Koon Suan appeared in the one of the six prominent people 2010 seminar organised by speaker association recently, he urged the government to help Chinese as well who has contributed a lot to the country . This cartoon was publshed in Public News on 10/08/1986 depicted Tan Koon Suan was jailed because of the Pan Letric case, until he has nothing left. Apart from Lee San Choon, Tan is one of the MCA chairman I really admired whom has sacrified for the sake of the benefits of the Chinese community. He was one of the tycoons and advocated the idea of coorporation to gather the wealth of the Chinese to do business in big way, until the idea of the coorporation collapsed, it left mystery unexplained and to my personal opinion it was merely conspiration of certain quarters who worry and jealous the wealth of the Chinese community grown up so rapidly having to say that other minor reasons could be also the contributory factor. Given chance, I will elaborate what are the logics behind in the next cartoon review.Strange enough, whoever real leader in MCA who are willing to sacrify for the sake of the benifit of the Chinese community has short political life, provided he has gained the blessing from the leading party in BN. As a result, we can witness many of the puppets around in the party who are bow to the finger pointing of the leading party in BN.

Tan Koon Suan muncul di seminar salah satu daripada enam orang yang terunggul 2010 yang dianjurkan oleh persatuan penceramah baru-baru ini, beliau menyeru supaya kerajaan menghulurkan bantuan juga kepada Cina yang banyak menyumbang kepada negara ini. Kartun ini dipaparkan di Berita Awam pada 10/08/1986 yang menonjolkan Tan Koon Suan dipenjarakan kerana kes Pan Letrik, sehingga beliau tidak meninggal apa-apa. Selain daripada Lee San Choon, Tan Koon Suan merupakan satu-satunya pengerusi MCA yang saya sanjung, di mana beliau berkorban demi munafaat komuniti Cina. Beliau adalah salah seorang yang kaya raya pada masa itu dan orang yang memulakan idea koperasi supaya mengumpul kekayaan Cina agar menjalankan perniagaan secara besar-besaran, sehingga terlingkupnya idea ini, ia tinggal hanya misteri yang tidak terjawap, pada pendapat peribadi saya ia sekadar satu konspirasi oleh sesetengah pihak yang khuathir dan cemburu akan kekayaan Cina diperkembangkan begitu pesat walaupun ada alasan-alasan lain yang kecil yang menjadi faktor penyumbang. Diberikan peluang, saya akan menerangkannya secara panjang lebar dalam tinjauan kartun pada masa yang akan datang tentang lojik-lojiknya di sebalik pendapat saya . Anih sekali, barangsiapa betul-betul pemimpin yang ingin berkorban untuk komuniti Cina mempunyai riwayat politik yang pendek, kecuali beliau mendapat restu daripada parti yang menerajui BN. Akibatnya, kita dapat menyaksikan banyak boneka di dalam parti yang tunduk kepada jari telunjuk parti yang menerajui parti.

CARTOON REVIEW: BURDEN FOR TUN DR LIM

This cartoon was published in Public news on 17/09/86 depicted late Tun Dr Lim borne the responsibility of leading in Penang as the president of Gerakan Party and ensure that Prime Ministry post was consolidated in the the hand of Chinese whom was the main population until he cann't afford to retire eventhough his age was catching up in worrying prime minister post will change hand to his composition party in BN who was long eyeing for this post. After Tun Dr Lim was passed away, when we recall, besides to remember his contribution, true enough his prediction, UMNO Penang just before his demise dan under care of Koh, quite frequent certain quaters claimed that this post shall be sitting by UMNO.

 Kartun ini dipaparkan di Berita Awam pada 17/09/86 ynag menonjolkan mendian Tun Dr Lim memikul tanggungjawapnya menerajui pimpinan di Penang sebagai presiden Parti Gerakan dan memastikan jawatan  Ketua Menteri dikekalkan di tangan kaum Cina yang menjadi populasi utama sehingga  tidak sanggup beliau berundur walaupun usianya telah meningkat kerana dikhuatirinya jawatan Ketua Menteri ditukartangan ke parti komposisiya di dalam BN yang telah lama menyanggak jawatan ini. Dengan pemergian beliau, di samping kita terkenang jasa mendian Tun Dr Lim, apabila mengimbas kembali, betul benar ramalan beliau, UMNO Penang sebelum pemergian beliau dan di bawah jagaan Koh, telah kerap menyuara agar jawatan ini disandar oleh UMNO .

CARTOON REVIEW : Delima of talented non Bumi

This cartoon was published on Publc News in 29/07/89 which is depicted non Bumi talented was hand tighted because to fulfill the Bumi quota, 20 over years till now, true enough this stuation has never been improved which could be one of the major contributory factors why many of the foreign investors pulled out from investing in Malaysia, even some of the non Bumi investors were forced to invest in neighboring country which can provide more liberal business environment and more tax incentives in view of the world without boarder may invite more stive competition.Quota system most likely would only be benefitial to small amount of the Bumi who are in political power directly and indirectly whom they would be invited to be sitting in the board of company without much effort. These kind of politicus fully understood you requests just before the general election and became lost of memory after the general election and wonder : "What are you still want? Not enough?""

Sistem kuota lebih bermanafaat kepada segelintir Bumi yang mempunyai kuasa politik secara langsung atau tidak langsung di mana mereka dijemput menduduki di lembaga syarikat tanpa usaha yang banyak. Politikus seumpama ini memahami kehendak anda dengan sepenuhnya sebelum pilihanraya umum dan hilang peringatan setelah pilihanraya umum dan bertanya dengan hairannya : "Apa yang kau orang masih nak? Tak cukupkah?"

This cartoon was published on Public News in March 1988 depicted after Umno was declared as illegal political party, previuos political head formed New Umno and he implemented a process to screen through the applicants who wanted to join the New Umno, those belong to Team B was discarded from entering New Umno, eventually forced Team B to form new party called Semangat 46. This cartoon reminds me that not long ago our previuos political head made an comment that party which was formed under multiracial banner should be dismissed because this will split the Malays, what's a nonsence when his act worse than this

This cartoon was published on" Public News"  (losely translated from Berita Awam) in July 1986 depicted hidden hand behind the Election Commission (EC) who was instructed to revise and amend the 1981 Election Ruling to make it more favourable to them in the coming election. Recent episod whereby overseas voters who claimed thier right of voting in the near future election whom they have been denied thier right which is granted under Federal Constitution, on the other hand, only certain catagories of overseas voters are allowed to exercise thier voting right overseas via thier respective diplomatic office; this kind of discrimanatory act towards certain group of  Malaysian could also be due to such favouratism as mentoined above which could be detrimental to the real democracy process? God knows.

This cartoon was published  on " Cili Padi" magazine in year 2001 depicted government was in the effort to call back with nice lyric in hoping that Malaysian braindrain oversea to serve in thier own country by doing a lot of researches, plannings and reports etc but not knowing (pretended? ) that the obstacles in the middle of the river to obstruct the talents from coming back to mother nation such as racist, biased government policy, unmatched carreer, Was it successful? Judge yourself.

Whose land is this?

I n the midst of making History as the compulsury subject to pass in order to get the SPM (O level in Malaysia) certificate; first of all, the content must be no bias, correct in reflection of real history. Don't use it as the political tool to brainwash the student. History subject nowaday is too empasize on the Islamic history which is hardly be memorised by non Muslim student.Few issues need to be decoded such as tragedy 513 as a lesson learned by all Malaysian to the extend how it was happen and only confined to Chow Kit and Kg Baru area. Recently, receiced the email ( as per attached copy) to testify its reality pertaining  the arguement on whose land and non Malay students was chased by the school headmaster to go back to mian land China.

Dalam ghairah kita menjadikan Sejarah sebagai matapelajaran wajib untuk mendapat sijil SPM (peringkat O  di Malaysia); mula sekali, isi kandungannya tidak memilih kasih, detul dalam membayangkan sejarah yang sebenar. Jangan gunanya sebagai alat mencuci minda pelajar. Sejarah hari ini terlalu mementingkan sejarah Islam di mana ia sukar dihafal  oleh pelajar bukan Muslim. Beberapa isu  perlu dibongkar seperti trajedi 513 sebagai pengajaran semua Malaysian pada tahap bagaimana ia berlaku dan hanya berlaku di kawasan Chow Kit dan Kg Baru. Baru-baru ini, terima  email (seperti lampiran ) untuk memastikan kesahihannya berkenaan dengan perbahasan tanah siapa dan pelajar-pelajar bukan Melayu dihalau balik ke tanah besar China

The Great Tanah Melayu Debate


We hear UMNO's cries for “ Brain Gain ”, caused by excruciating “ Brain Drain ”, in the wake of hundreds of thousands of Malaysians who are fleeing their country. We've heard the many alleged reasons provided from both sides of the fence. One of the strongest seems to be the fact that UMNO is asking all “pendatangs” to leave the country if they are not happy.

Well, Robert Kwok certainly did just that . And along with him, his entire businesses worth billions in “ Tax Drain ”. BTN has also been copiously assisting, by enthusiastically brainwashing simple minds into thinking that “ Tanah Melayu ” is reserved for Orang Melayu.  Of course, they quickly tell you that anyone can become an Orang Melayu by speaking, dressing, and behaving like one (what! ever that means, who knows?).

Well, UMNO managed to achieve one thing. The BTN-type morons, and their predecessors, have been overwhelmingly successful in brainwashing todays' 27 million citizens. Who says that the Peninsular was ALWAYS called “ Tanah Melayu ”? This is a recent British Term!! Let me dedicate this Article to the foremost “ so-called reknown Historian ” of the country. Prof Dr Emeritus Khoo Khay Khim (and anyone else who claims to be as competent in History as well).

Prior to “ Tanah Melayu ” being a British Tag in the 19th century, the peninsular was formerly known as Malacca in the 15th century. The newly-renamed book “Sejarah Melayu” (previously known as “Asal-Usul Raja-Raja”) mentions every other place from India to China , including the tiny-speck-of-dirt called Temasik EXCEPT “Tanah Melayu” . Why was Tanah Melayu NEVER MENTIONED  in Sejarah Melayu? Simple!! Because that was not it's name!! !

Tanah Melayu was NEVER the name until the British came and colonized the Peninsular.

Since UMNO has a habit of believing that “ whatever is older is better ”, let's take a short walk down this slippery slope of history. (Also, BTN-Baru syllabus planners should start taking notes.)

For starters, “ Malaya  ” in Tagalog means “Peaceful” (go ask your Pinoy maid).

“ Malai ” means “Hill” in Tamil; as in “mini-Himalaya” to describe the Titiwangsa Range on the said Peninsular since the 2nd century by the Gujerati Traders who helped the local Malays set up their formidable Hindu Empire at Lembah Bujang.

Only in the 19th Century was The Peninsular known as “Tanah Melayu”.

In the 15th Century, the Peninsular was known by no other name than “The Malacca Peninsular” .

Before “ that Rebel-Indonesian Guy ” came over here (look, he wanted to kill his own father; what else do you want me to call Parameswara?), the Peninsular was known as “ Barr Kra ” in the 10th Century. Before that, the Peninsular was known as the “ Golden Chersonese ” since the 2nd Century.

Current house price hike,especially certain area in the Klang Valley, reflects there is a danger of bubble burst. Don't you think so? A normal landed two and half storeys at Kepong area could sell at the price of more than Ringgit Malaysia one million, don't you think it is radiculous and crazy? Is that because location? Given a choice, under the same conditions, I think most of the buyer would prefer to buy the landed property at Petaling Jaya. Unfortunely, due to chain effect, it has been used as a bench mark for other location to increase the price to a new high. I recalled same fenomena happen in year 1994 when share market shot up to higher level, due to greediness and fear of couldn't buy share at lower price, follow by the "effect of goats in a group", speculators rushed to buy shares at higher price until to the extend Index reached to the historical high at more than 1200 points. As rumour spread, some of the speculators are politicus who in need of the fund to support for the in coming election. They bought share at the lower price and purportedly spread the rumour, flamed by the "market expert" who has the benefits and political link to the politicus,  and used that as the sentiments to made share price increased to much higher level. The market become so hot when political link player who has claimed to be good in predicting the market give an "assurance" that market will be bullish soon, he was often correct in predicting a share counter whereby everytime he bought a particular share, surely the share price of that particular share counter will shot up to higher level, he was therefore called "golden finger" where he has the ability to turn good to become gold after his finger touch.   When most of the normal investor rushed to buy the share, the share price drastically become so expensive.Due to chain effect, the second liner also become so expensive. Without knowing by the market, the politicus cashed in by selling most of thier shares just before election. Not long after the election, the whole market collaped due to such act and lack of market confidence.We worry this will happen to the share market in the similar manner, after all these group of people cann't play be fooled anymore in the share market as investor learned from their past lesson, now they turn their attention on to the property market. Where is the "golden finger" and market expert now?

《南洋商报》9月23日封面标题再次提及喧嚷沸腾多时的巴生谷房地产涨风。此课题各方经已抒发己见，人言人殊，其结论见仁见智，莫衷一是。

忝为十多年的产业代理，虽然已经在其他报章与财经杂志已经发表相关意见，但言犹未尽，希望借此报章能再参与其盛，在投资产业前能多一份参考。

吉隆坡以及巴生谷一带的有地房产涨势惊人，涨到不仅50%，有些甚至达至100%，很多人猜测是外国人的涌入抢购，才足以造成如斯高副度的涨潮。

我们手头上没有正确的外国以及本地投资于有地房产者的资料。肯定的，本地的投资者远超外国投资者。顾名思义，直接的外国投资者是直接购买我国房产者，非直接投资者是投资在房产相关挂牌公司的股票或者其衍生品，例如房产投资信托（REIT）等。

炒作令房产价波动

从 这次巴生谷一带屋价飚升，多为有地房产，是有违外资投资我国房产的常规。通常，外资比较喜欢投资予高楼住宅；因为它较集中，比较容易托人打理收租。其实， 高楼住宅在经济蓬勃时，租金比较高，而且比较安全，是外国人的最爱。相较下，有地房产租金回酬偏低，打理收租比较麻烦，所以较不受外资欢迎。如果这次屋价 飚升是外资直接的投资，真是反其道而生。如果有外国投资于有地房产，非直接性投资的可能性比较高。

无论如何，房产价格的波动，离不开成本、需求、炒作等因素。

先 看成本，建筑成本包括建筑材料今年涨价大约20至30巴仙。反观屋价，大体上却飚升到50至100巴仙。再者需求，以目前平均收入水平，有能力购买自居者 不多，不至于造成房屋的暴涨。那么，有能力的投资者，通常都会购买两间或以上的房产，以期屋价高涨时脱售牟利，但这不是真正的需求。总体来讲，炒作的成分 比较高。

虽然我国房地产在亚洲区域性来说，价格方面相对便宜，然而外国投资者比较偏向于外国，集居的地区如吉隆坡市中心、金三角、金地、孟沙等，而且以商业及高楼住宅为主，有地房产较少受到外资的倩徕。

如果说外资有投资于有地房产的话，应该乃非直接投资，例如上面所述，是经过投资于房产相关的股市与房产投资基金里。

纵观以上的分析，我们担心我国房产的泡沫逐渐成形。泡沫的形成是于其价格远超于基本面。相较之下，实有地产业自居的需求不高，因为在巴生谷一带，有地房产的价格高昂，非一般打工仔有能力购买的。其次，价格的飚升，远超于成本的高涨，不是理论可以加以解释的。

由股市转向房地产

这有点类似金融风暴股票炒作的手法，投机多于投资。让我们分析这些所谓的投机手法，若是目前大选趋近，政局不稳定的时刻，应当格外注意。

第一，经过上次的股市风暴之后，散户已经对投资于股市有些防备了，所以要炒作股市已经没那么容易了。因此，投机客转向房地产，以便伺机待发。

投机的手法有以下几个可能性：－

1) 一些与银行有密切关系的投机客，成立两元有限公司，尽量向银行贷款，在“有潜能”的地点大量购入房产，然后在释放几间喊出高价出售“成交”，以为日后该地点“市价”的指标，等时机或市场不明郎时，尽量提早高价放出以便一走了之。

2) 第二种作法比较乾净俐落，投机客以购买股票或信托基金间接投资于房地产有关的挂牌公司。无良的有关连的挂牌公司尽量以各种方式将股份或信托基金炒高，当时机或市场不明郎时，尽量提升搜集，而须负起股份崩溃的罪名。

根据预测，房产的泡沫不会这样快爆破，至少它会延至全国大选过后才开始明郎，因为投机客会观察当时的局势来作出决定。

政府不能对于房产价格飚升坐视不顾，因为万一房产泡沫爆破，其带来的影响即深且巨。

遏制炒风利弊兼具

由于房产带动超越200多个行业，政府必须确保房产的稳健发展。否则，我国将陷入另一轮的金融风暴。况且，确保人人能拥有自己的房屋是政府的职责，正所谓居者有其屋。

如果任由屋价不受控制，难保大学毕业生也难拥有自己的居所。以目前大学生每月两三千元的收入，最多有能力购买两三百千的房产。倘若外国抢购我国的房产的谣言属实，届时很多国民将向外国和租屋也不足为奇！

目前国行建议的80%房贷的顶限，不能克制投票者的炒风。因为投机者都是那些资金雄厚的一群。中国有关当局在房产炒风炽盛之时，也以房贷为制止炒风的工具，结果碰了一鼻子灰；因为投机者并不需要贷款也能大量收购房产。

每个制止炒风的措施，都会有其利弊。有视于中上层房产炒风炽盛，今天，不单只是贫穷的一群，政府也应该规定房屋发展商在某些地点建筑某些数量的房屋给中等收入且具有资格的我国公民的购买，以确保中层阶级收入者也居者有其屋。

中国北京上海房地产价格的飚升，美国的次贷风波，都足以引为前车之槛，以免重蹈覆辙，则国民幸矣！
